Trilliant Exploration in Negotiations for the Acquisition of 15 North American Gold Assets

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - December 9, 2010) - Trilliant Exploration Inc. (OTCBB: TTXP) announced today that it is in negotiations for the acquisition of fifteen North American gold assets.

The company will not be moving forward with the Letter of Intent signed with Fairfields Gold S.A., a Mexican project, and management is currently looking at a variety of projects in South America.

The company plans to release more information as it is forthcoming.
