(formerly Alignvest Acquisition Corporation) (TSX:AQX.A)(TSX:AQX.WT) ("Trilogy" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has completed its qualifying acquisition under which the Corporation effected a business combination with Trilogy International Partners LLC by way of a court approved plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement").

Trilogy's first annual general meeting of shareholders following the Arrangement is expected to be in the first half of 2018.
