Trimax Appoints Directors to the Board to Assist in On-Going Initiatives, and Announces Engagement of US Auditor

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2007) - Trimax Corporation (OTCBB:TMXO) and subsidiary PLC Network Solutions Inc., providers of Broadband over PowerLine (BPL) communication technologies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rashid Hasan, PLC Networks Senior VP, South Asia and Middle East Operations and Henry Huber to the board of Directors of Trimax Corporation as well as the engagement of Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson, CPA as the company's new US based Auditors.

Mr. Huber has a Masters of Education degree, and has spent the last five years as President of Uptrend Investment Services, providing investment services to private clients. Mr. Huber is a director of Transnational Automotive Group, Inc., a public company quoted on the NASD OTCBB. Mr. Huber will be a valuable asset to the company due to his experience and knowledge in the public markets.

Mr. Hasan is a veteran of the communications, infrastructure, and hospitality industry. Mr. Hasan has over thirty years of senior sales and operations management experience in the North American, South Asian and Middle Eastern markets. He has been promoting PLC Network Broadband over PowerLine technology to government, private sector, and several key partners including Langdon Wilson International Inc., a large California-based architectural, planning, design and construction firm. Mr. Hasan has been working with and assisting Langdon Wilson in several projects including a multi-billion dollar IT Park project in South East Asia.

He has been working with Langdon Wilson on several projects to utilize Trimax/PLC BPL technology.

Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson CPA

On September 7, 2007, Trimax engaged Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson, ("Chisholm") of Utah, as its new independent registered auditor. There were no disagreements with the company's previous auditor.
