Trimax Signs Term-Sheet for Acquisition of Revenue Producing Zai-Can Telecom. Zai-Can Projecting 2008 Revenues of $3.5 Million

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 20, 2007) - Trimax Corporation (OTCBB:TMXO), providers of Broadband over Power Line (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that it has executed a term-sheet for the acquisition of revenue producing Zai-Can Telecom, a private company incorporated in the Province of Ontario since 1998 with offices located in Toronto.

Zai-Can Telecom is registered and licensed by the CRTC (Canadian Radio and Television Corporation) to provide a variety of telecom value added services to clients in Canada and countries around the globe. Such services include local and long distance telephone services for home and business, cell phone callback, VoIP and high-speed internet. As well, Zai-Can will endeavor to craft inroads into the local cable TV market.

The acquisition of Zai-Can Telecom will complement Trimax/PLC's bundle of BPL services as well achieve significant efficiencies with operational and network requirements. Zai-Can presently maintains its own POP, gateways, switches and back-end billing infrastructure with clients and revenues from several countries around the world. Zai-Can is negotiating terms on a financing to fuel its continued growth through 2008 where it projects gross revenues will meet $3.5 Million. Both companies have entered into a standard due diligence process and anticipate closing anytime within 120 days.
