TriNet Strengthens Customer Experience With New Human Capital Services Team

HR Outsourcing Partner Promotes Patrick Villella to Vice President as Company Evolves to Meet Ever-Changing Client Needs

SAN LEANDRO, CA--(Marketwire - Apr 19, 2011) - TriNet, the country's largest private provider of human resources outsourcing solutions to small businesses, today announced the reformation of the field operations organization to enhance the customer support TriNet provides its 5,000 small business clients. The company's Human Capital Consulting team will now report to Patrick Villella, a newly appointed vice president who will further represent clients' interests at the executive table by sharing areas for improvement, challenges within customers' businesses and the solutions they're looking for to address those challenges, and how the company is aligning its services to meet clients' needs.

Two new roles were created to support the new effort: Villella will serve as vice president while Debra Squyres was named executive director. Villella was most recently a general manager for the company's East Region and has 10 years industry experience, while Squyres was most recently a human capital director for the company's Southwest Region and has been an HR professional for 19 years.
