Triversity Partners with Tech-Trans to Increase Market Share in Asia Pacific; Asian Leader in Retail Technology to Resell Triversity's Customer-Centric Software Solutions

Triversity Inc., the fastest growing international provider of customer-centric retail solutions, today announced a reseller partnership with Tech-Trans, Asia's leading provider of retail technology solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Tech-Trans will market Triversity's entire suite of point-of-sale (POS) and store solutions and services to countries in Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan. Triversity and Tech-Trans are both premier IBM business partners and will work closely with IBM in the region, allowing them to utilize additional sales, marketing and technical resources.

Triversity recently expanded its presence in Asia Pacific with implementations of the Transactionware Enterprise Java POS solution at DFS Group stores in Okinawa, Japan and Hainan, China. Other leading Asia Pacific customers include Park'n Shop, one of Hong Kong's leading supermarket chains, and Coles Myer Ltd., Australia's largest retailer.
