TriZetto's Hosting Services Group Triples Efficiency With Help of Job Scheduler

High Customer Satisfaction Rate Linked to Improved Data Processing

The software has also helped TriZetto improve customer satisfaction rates through the rapid, accurate, and frequent delivery of information.

Tidal Enterprise Scheduler can rapidly fulfill an organization's data processing needs. TriZetto's Hosting Services team supports three state-of-the-art data centers serving customers across the United States, running heterogeneous systems and hosting TriZetto's applications for more than 75 health insurance payers. TriZetto hosts and provides full-spectrum application management services to healthcare payers to support their day-to-day operations, such as claim processing, enrollment and billing, medical management, customer service, EDI and Web transactions. Using Tidal software, TriZetto can create a customized job schedule for each customer, and can easily and automatically exchange secure data files with customers for streamlined operations.
