(the "Corporation") by way of open market trade on September 2, 2011 at a price of $1.7433 per Common Share for aggregate consideration of $2,091.96. Troob Capital Management LLC now owns, directly or indirectly, or exercises control or direction over 7,734,277 Common Shares representing approximately 15.37% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
Troob Capital Management LLC acquired the Common Shares on behalf of TCM MPS Ltd. SPC and TCM MPS Series Fund LP and had previously acquired Common Shares on behalf of TCM MPS Ltd. SPC, TCM MPS Series Fund LP and TCM Spectrum Fund LP.
