LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 24, 2011) - True 2 Beauty, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: TRTB) (the "Company") (, a leading distributor of male and female sexual potency pills and liquid products in the United States, is pleased to provide this update as a means to inform current shareholders and interested parties of our recent performance and outlook for the immediate future.

Our 2011 second quarter, ending April 30, saw significant improvement in our working relationship with Kretek International ("Kretek"), our exclusive United States distributor. As their sales team became familiar with our products and began working targeted trade shows, we saw a dramatic increase in distribution to new regional distributors and more varied retail locations. Kretek began selling our products to 7/11 stores and we are now in over one thousand 7/11 locations and growing rapidly, anticipating eventual placement in all 7/11's within the next six to nine months. There is a strong focus on our Love Pack, endorsed by David Good (winner of the ABC hit reality show "Bachelor Pad" and former contestant on Season 5 of "The Bachelorette"), which is beginning to see great results with regional distributors nationwide. We have worked diligently with Kretek to isolate areas where our products have been counterfeited, in some cases completely halting shipments to help identify incoming counterfeits. The result has been very positive as we move into our third quarter, with our aggressive legal approach resulting in many retailers turning in counterfeit product in exchange for the original, and henceforth, we are beginning to see increases in sales in these geographic areas. Our overall sales for the second quarter were similar to our first quarter; however, we intentionally slowed distribution in the first two months of the quarter to help resolve our counterfeit issues. We are also beginning to see strong interest in our energy shots called Libishots, as we have seeded the market with such product through Kretek for the past three months and are now beginning to see significant reorders. We are in discussions with major drug chains for our sexual enhancement products and are anticipating commencement of these relationships by year end or earlier.

As previously disclosed by the Company, all operations will be officially moved into our new facility by June 1, 2011. We are extremely excited about consolidating all phases of the Company into a single location. Further, our first 10-line custom packaging machine is completed and awaiting shipment to the new facility within the next two weeks. We will provide an online video and pictorial presentation of the impressive size and scope of the machines' abilities within a few weeks.

The Company is in the final stages of preparing our audited financial statements, which will enable us to provide the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and the public the necessary information to become fully reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This is a major milestone that can lay the groundwork to allow us to move to other exchanges and provide the transparency required for a public company to assure their shareholders and potential investors that such information is accurate and up to date. We intend to file our second quarter report with Pink Sheets, LLC within the required timeframe for filing.

The Company is in the process of concluding a number of business relationships which we anticipate will be announced shortly; these opportunities should provide the basis for significant product category expansion and immediate sales growth. We believe our success with Kretek and past relationships with many large regional distributors offers the Company the ability to launch new products with strong distribution support. We have one category of products that have already generated opening orders close to $1 million; we are hoping to launch this category by year end.

We have done significant testing online for our products, which have yielded an increase in online sales, as well as run a commercial overnight nationally for two weeks, once again helping to generate new customers to our site and pushing products at retail. We are in the final stages of scripting our first commercial for the Love Pack with David Good, anticipating to shoot the TV spot in June and begin airing in mid to late July. Mr. Good is working closely with the Company and will be attending a major sales presentation to over 200 sales people for one of our major distributors in the northeast next week in New York City, which comes the day after he appears on "The Today Show" as a regular contributor.

We have officially launched two new websites: and, which we expect will instantaneously add revenue through online sales. With our recent hiring of an Internet Strategist, we expect to generate tremendous traffic through various Internet marketing avenues. We plan on creating several online viral video contests where our consuming audience can submit viral videos with a chance to win cash prizes and other offers.

Kretek is underway full throttle in growing our distribution coupled with our aggressive controlling of the counterfeit of our products, we believe our sales will begin to grow significantly by our third quarter's end. With our pending announcements of new business, which we plan to share in a conference call in June, management is excited about our positioning for the remainder of 2011 and beyond. We have received requests from shareholders to provide updates about the Company, although this is sometimes difficult as many components of our business are developing rapidly and frequently intertwined in aspects of the business that are material, non-public and improper to disclose until fully matured.
