True Drinks Announces Extension of Licensing Agreement Through End of 2015

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - August 21, 2013) -  True Drinks, Inc. (OTCQB: TRUU), a healthy beverage provider with major entertainment and media company licensing agreements for use of their characters on its proprietary, patented bottles, today announced the extension of its licensing agreement to display certain Marvel characters such as Avengers Assemble through the end of 2015. The initial license period was set to expire at the end of 2013.

Through its agreement with Marvel Characters, B.V., True Drinks is in the unique position to display Marvel characters on bottles of AquaBall™ Naturally Flavored Water. AquaBall's patented spherical bottles prominently feature world famous characters creating excitement kids crave. AquaBall™ bottles will continue to be sold featuring Marvel's Avengers Assemble characters, including Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America and Thor.
