True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust Announces Upsizing of Bought Deal Financing to $12.582 Million

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 19, 2014) -

True North Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX:TNT.UN) is pleased to announce the upsizing of its previously announced bough deal financing ("Offering") with a syndicate of underwriters led by Raymond James Ltd. The REIT will now issue 1,920,917 trust units ("Units") at a price of $6.55 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $12.582 million.

The REIT expects to file a prospectus supplement relating to the issuance of the Units with the securities commissions or other similar regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada on or before August 20, 2014. Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about August 27, 2014, or such later date as may be agreed upon, subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval.
