Truesdail Laboratories, Inc. Granted Standards Council of Canada Accreditation

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwired - December 15, 2016) - Truesdail Laboratories, Inc. announced that the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) has granted ISO/IEC 17065:2012 accreditation as part of the Certification Body Accreditation Program (CBAP) program. The accreditation specifically covers Truesdail for certification of products and processes associated with potable water systems sold into the Canadian Market including faucets, valves, fittings, pumps, water heaters, polymers, and other similar products.

Truesdail currently holds equivalent accreditation in the U.S. from the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The addition of SCC accreditation to the impressive list of credentials currently held by the laboratory further solidifies Truesdail as a leading certification body for the certification of consumer products. Certification bodies accredited by SCC must establish ongoing documented working relationships with Canadian regulatory authorities in the field, giving product certifications from Truesdail even greater recognition in the North American market place.

Founded in 1931, Truesdail Laboratories engages in testing for multiple fields, including: certification of consumer products, drug testing, nutraceutical testing, and environmental testing.
