Truestone Names Rick Deloney Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - February 2, 2010) - Truestone, LLC, a leading provider of enterprise IT and mission operations solutions to the federal government, announced today the appointment of Rick Deloney as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development.

Deloney will be responsible for all aspects of new business development for Truestone. His duties include identifying and capturing new strategic business, forging senior client and industry partner relationships, branding and marketing.

Deloney brings a broad range of corporate and government expertise to Truestone. He founded West Windsor, LLC, a management consulting firm that helps companies attain strategic growth objectives and improve customer satisfaction. Deloney architected winning capture and proposal efforts for several large contracts and provided strategic planning and M&A support for a variety of clients. Before West Windsor, Deloney was SVP of Business Development for TechTeam Government Solutions, facilitating the company's growth from $47 million in annual revenues to $90 million in less than three years.

Prior to joining Tech Team, Deloney was Vice President of Department of Defense (DoD) Sales and Corporate Business Development at GTSI. He was responsible for opportunity identification, pursuit and capture and led a 111-person sales organization that won over $730 million in new contract awards over a 27 month period.

Deloney also spent 21 years in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Colonel. He served at all command levels and in the White House. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Alabama and holds a Masters of Science in Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Deloney also completed the Executive Development Program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Deloney is Chairman of Saddleback Communications and serves on the Board of the Mariposa Foundation -- a charitable organization supporting wounded military veterans in Arizona.
