Trump International Hotel & Tower® New York Launches New Culinary Master Course With Jean-Georges Vongerichten & Johnny Iuzzini

Three-Night Experience Includes Private Demonstrations With Chefs Vongerichten & Iuzzini, Three-Course Champagne Dinner, More

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Sep 20, 2011) - Trump International Hotel & Tower® New York -- the city's only Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond hotel with a Five-Star, Five-Diamond restaurant -- today announced its new Jean Georges Culinary Master Course with one of the world's most famous chefs, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, and his executive pastry chef, Top Chef Just Desserts judge Johnny Iuzzini.

Designed for two persons, the unforgettable Jean Georges Culinary Master Course includes a private, one-hour cooking demonstration by Vongerichten in the kitchen of his namesake restaurant. Guests may choose to learn the magic behind the cuisine of his New York establishments Jean Georges (French), Matsugen (Japanese), JoJo (Mediterranean), ABC Kitchen (organic and local), Spice Market (Asian) or Perry Street (New American).

The course also includes an inspiring, one-hour, hands-on pastry-making class with Iuzzini. Guests will learn the building blocks of creating magnificent desserts such as transcendent cakes, tuiles, ice creams, sorbets and granités.

Further, guests will receive signed copies of Vongerichten's book, Asian Flavors of Jean-Georges, featuring beloved recipes from Spice Market, Vong and 66, and Iuzzini's Dessert FourPlay: Sweet Quartets From a Four-Star Pastry Chef, written with the home cook in mind. The Jean Georges Master Culinary Course is priced at $9,999.

The Jean Georges Culinary Master Course is based on a three-night consecutive stay with arrival on Thursday. A minimum of 30 days notice is required to book. Reservations are based on availability. Pricing does not reflect taxes, fees and gratuities.
