TrusteSolutions Reports 7th Consecutive Year of Growth

Survey of Bankruptcy Trustees Validates Cloud-Based Solution Backed by Excellent Support

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Jan 11, 2016) - TrusteSolutions, a technology leader providing web-based and mobile case management solutions to bankruptcy trustees, announced today that 2015 marks the seventh year of double-digit growth in its customer base.

"We have taken great care to build strong customer relationships over the years, by listening and being responsive to the needs of trustees and administrators," said Kristi Singal, CEO of TrusteSolutions. "TrusteSolutions conducts a detailed annual survey of our customers, and the results show that we have our priorities in line with their needs. Customers tell us we are excelling in the areas that matter most to them."

The survey, conducted in November of 2015, revealed that bankruptcy trustees are increasingly mobile. Close to 25 percent of survey respondents say they access case data on TrusteSolutions from an iPad or other mobile device.

A majority -- 82 percent -- of administrators responding to the survey reported that they spend their entire day in the TrusteSolutions software, every day. They appreciate the power of integration, with access to court filing systems, banking transactions, and email capability from the TrusteSolutions application. Other survey highlights:

  • 98.8 percent of TrusteSolutions users would recommend the product to other bankruptcy trustees.
  • 94 percent rated TrusteSolutions' support as very good or excellent.
  • Users of the mobile application for IOS and Android rated it very highly.

A bankruptcy trustee's primary goal is to efficiently complete filings and liquidate assets for the benefit of creditors where possible. Chapter 7 trustees distribute approximately $1.5 billion each year to creditors. In all cases, Chapter 7 trustees must investigate the debtor's affairs, examine the debtor under oath, and submit reports to the bankruptcy court and Office of the U.S. Trustee.

The TrusteSolutions software helps trustees create cases, organize filings and case documents, manage assets and conduct banking transactions. The system offers an efficient proprietary workflow, and is integrated with Microsoft Exchange.

TrusteSolutions' parent company, Financial Software Solutions, continues to innovate in many markets, providing time management, document management and bank automation software.
