Survey of Bankruptcy Trustees Validates Cloud-Based Solution Backed by Excellent Support

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - Jan 11, 2016) - TrusteSolutions, a technology leader providing web-based and mobile case management solutions to bankruptcy trustees, announced today that 2015 marks the seventh year of double-digit growth in its customer base.

The survey, conducted in November of 2015, revealed that bankruptcy trustees are increasingly mobile. Close to 25 percent of survey respondents say they access case data on TrusteSolutions from an iPad or other mobile device. 

A majority -- 82 percent -- of administrators responding to the survey reported that they spend their entire day in the TrusteSolutions software, every day. They appreciate the power of integration, with access to court filing systems, banking transactions, and email capability from the TrusteSolutions application. Other survey highlights:

  • 98.8 percent of TrusteSolutions users would recommend the product to other bankruptcy trustees.
  • 94 percent rated TrusteSolutions' support as very good or excellent.
  • Users of the mobile application for IOS and Android rated it very highly.

A bankruptcy trustee's primary goal is to efficiently complete filings and liquidate assets for the benefit of creditors where possible. Chapter 7 trustees distribute approximately $1.5 billion each year to creditors.
