TSA Adds Jennifer Ferello to Business Development Team

Industry Veteran Will Further Accelerate Growth of OEM Component Provider

OAKLAND, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 27, 2005 --Tech Soft America (TSA), the leading provider of graphics components to the CAD/CAM/CAE software industry announces the addition of Jennifer Ferello to the company's Business Development Team. This extension of the Business Development team follows and complements the recent expansion of TSA's R&D team.

"The timing is perfect for us to welcome a person of Jennifer's experience and talent to the TSA team. We've seen a remarkable growth in the adoption of our HOOPS technologies in recent years and have just extended our product line to include 3D InterOp and the Adobe PDF Libraries. These factors made it clear that we needed someone with Jennifer's experience with OEM components relationships -- particularly in the area of interoperability. We're confident Jennifer's expertise, industry knowledge and drive will all combine to help us extend our significant growth trend," commented Ron Fritz, managing partner, TSA.

Prior to joining TSA, Ferello served in numerous capacities for Transcendata and their parent company ITI where her responsibilities included Software Development, Consulting Engineering and Product Management. Her most recent roles included Business Development Manager for Transcendata's Vendor Business Unit and Eastern Region Sales Manager for ITI. Jennifer holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Ferello added, "I joined TSA because I believe in their long-term business approach to delivering quality technology and their focus on closely serving the needs of engineering ISVs. Just as there was sweeping growth in the adoption of modeling kernels in the '90s, I see the industry is in the early stages of a dramatic shift toward the widespread adoption of components for graphics, data publishing and interoperability. TSA has a great team and are perfectly positioned for explosive growth. I'm looking forward to being an integral part of their ongoing success."
