ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - Nov 30, 2011) - Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited ("TEN" or the "Company") (NYSE: TNP) announced today that the Company will host an Investor and Analyst Day on Friday, December 9, 2011 at 1:00 pm ET in New York City to discuss the Company's recent developments and prospects, as well as the tanker shipping market outlook.

The event, which is for investors and analysts, will feature a presentation by the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, Nikolas P. Tsakos, followed by a question and answer session. Pre-registration is required to attend the event.
