OVERLAND PARK, KS--(Marketwired - October 20, 2015) - TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network), the industry’s largest vendor neutral support alliance, has appointed Rich Jardine, VP of Enterprise Security Support at Symantec Corporation, to the TSANet Board of Directors.

Rich joined Symantec in 2011 and is currently responsible for leading the global Enterprise Security Support (ESS) team. The ESS team is focused on delivering an exceptional end-to-end user experience for all Symantec security products and providing the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Preceding his current role, Rich led the Customer Engineering team for the Endpoint Management Business Unit at Symantec. During his time at Symantec, Rich has been recognized twice as an Achievers MVP who displays exemplary performance, serves as a role model for the organization and has a significant impact on achieving results. Rich holds Bachelors of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University.
Rich joins the existing board members: Mark Mueller (Microsoft), Ted Williams (Red Hat), Jim West (Citrix Systems), Pamela Fowler (Actian Corporation), Doug Jones (NetApp), Jim Rubish (IBM), René Karel (VMware), Uwe Schaefer (Hewlett-Packard Company), John Bunney (Cisco Systems, Inc.) and Kieran Collins (EMC Corp.).
