TSIA Conducts 2016 Professional Services Market Rates Survey

Survey to Identify Pricing Best Practices that Professional Services Organizations Can Employ to Improve Their Pricing Performance

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - July 27, 2016) - The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today's technology and services organizations, has announced the launch of its 2016 Professional Services Market Rates Survey. This survey is only open to members within TSIA's Professional Services discipline and will run until September 23, 2016. The data collected will be used to identify new market rate trends in the area of professional services and deliver current best practices to TSIA's Professional Services membership in the form of research papers, members-only webinars, and personalized data sets.

Each year, TSIA conducts dozens of custom surveys to aggregate data related to industry performance metrics and industry practices. These surveys range from in-depth market rate studies to questionnaires on common practices related to reporting structures for service lines of business.

Now in its tenth year, TSIA's Professional Services Market Rates Survey collects detailed professional services hourly rate benchmarks as well as policies and practices information related to pricing management and best practices.

The study's main aim is to establish an industry-standard set of benchmarks relating primarily to hourly market rates by rate type, position, level, delivery type, and country, and to identify pricing best practices that professional services organizations (PSOs) can employ to improve their pricing performance.
