TSIA Launches 2016 Education Services Offer Development Survey

Survey to Identify Best Practices in New Offer Development Process for Education Services Organizations

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - July 11, 2016) - The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today's technology and services organizations, has announced the launch of its 2016 Education Services Offer Development Survey. This survey is only open to members within TSIA's Education Services discipline and will run through July 29, 2016. This survey will identify best practices in Education Services (ES) offer development and provide insights regarding the offer development process, go-to-market strategies, how ideas for new offers are generated, and how ES is progressing in the development of offers that are specifically designed to help drive product adoption.

Each year, TSIA conducts dozens of custom surveys to aggregate data related to industry performance metrics and practices. These surveys range from in-depth market rate studies to questionnaires on common practices related to reporting structures for service lines of business.

Developing new offers is a critical initiative for technology providers looking to sustain and drive revenue. This survey was developed to address the key service business challenges affecting TSIA Education Services members in the area of new offer development, thus enabling them to formulate next generation offerings, optimize their service development life cycle, and broaden the education portfolio by adding new and innovative service offers.

"By participating in the 2016 Education Services Offer Development Survey, our Education Services members will be able to leverage research results to enhance their current offer development process, initiate a process if they do not have one, identify and implement offers that help sustain and drive revenue growth, and apply related metrics to gauge success," said Maria Manning-Chapman, TSIA's VP of Research, Education Services.

Members of TSIA's Education Services discipline interested in participating in this survey can do so by emailing support@tsia.com. Once completed, the data from this survey will be available to all TSIA members.
