Tsvi Gal Joins Sonoa Systems Board of Directors

SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - June 10, 2009) - Sonoa Systems, Inc., an innovative provider of analytics, management and governance solutions for cloud services and APIs, today announced the addition of Tsvi Gal to its board of directors. Gal brings experience as general partner at global private equity firm Exigen Capital, in addition to 30 years of experience as a leader in the technology space.

He was also formerly the president and chief technology officer at AT&T for their online site ATT.com. Other IT management experience includes time at Merrill Lynch, ABN AMRO and Bank of America. No stranger to developing new Web services technology, Gal also served as chief technology officer at Wells Fargo Bank, where he was responsible for developing the first online bank.
