Resume Trading
The common shares of the Company have been halted from trading

Reverse Take-Over
Pursuant to a Plan of Arrangement, Amusements International Ltd.
("Amusements") will amalgamate with Blue Grouse Seismic Solutions
Ltd. ("Blue Grouse"). Under the terms of the Arrangement,
shareholders of Amusements will receive 1 Amalco share for every 15
Amusements shares while Blue Grouse shareholders will receive 600
Amalco shares for every 1 Blue Grouse share. Blue Grouse
shareholders will receive in total 2,536,200 Amalco shares with a
deemed price of $0.75 per share to total deemed proceeds of
$$1,902,150. In addition, 3,000,000 Amalco performance warrants
will be issued with an exercise price of $0.75 per share for a five
year period. All 2,536,200 Amalco shares will be subject to a Tier
1 Value Escrow.

The name of the amalgamated company will be BlueGrouse Seismic
Solutions Ltd.

shareholders on July 13, 2005, the Company has effectively
consolidated its capital through the Plan of Arrangement on a 15
old for 1 new basis. The name of the Company has also been changed
from Amusements International Ltd. to BlueGrouse Seismic Solutions
Ltd.

Effective at the opening Tuesday, July 26, 2005, the common shares
of BlueGrouse Seismic Solutions Ltd. will commence trading on TSX
Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Amusements International
Ltd. will be delisted.
