by TSX Venture Exchange, have been trading on a cum-distribution
basis and will commence trading on an ex-distribution basis
effective from the opening on June 9, 2005. Participating
Organizations that purchased the trust units on TSX Venture Exchange
from May 26, 2005 to June 8, 2005 should maintain a record of
brokers that sold them the trust units in order to enable such
Participating Organizations to claim the distribution. TSX Venture
Exchange regrets any inconvenience this may have caused.

the Filing and Service Office will change from Calgary to NEX. There
