Tuckamore Capital Management Announces New CEO for ClearStream Energy Holdings

25 Year Industry Veteran Joins ClearStream


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - April 9, 2015) - Tuckamore Capital Management Inc. (TSX:TX)(TSX:TX.DB.B) ("Tuckamore Capital" or the "Company") today announced the appointment of John W. Cooper as ClearStream Energy Holding's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective April 15, 2015. Mr. Cooper brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his new role having previously served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Savanna Energy Services Corp. Mr. Cooper replaces Paul Hatcher who has served as CEO of ClearStream Energy Holdings since late 2011 and announced his intention to step down in November 2014.

Mr. Cooper has experience in leading, integrating and transitioning public and private companies to improve business processes and drive results. Since 2011, Mr. Cooper has been the Executive Vice President and COO of Savanna Energy Services Corp., a premier North American drilling, well servicing and oilfield rentals company based in Calgary. Before joining Savanna, he served as President & CEO of EnerMax, an oilfield services fluid management and logistics company. Earlier in his career he served as General Manager of Waste Management and enjoyed a long tenure with Superior Propane where he held several executive leadership positions including President and COO.
