Investors may want to have a look at Boundary Bay Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BBRE). Dedicated to building a competitive oil and gas company that is cash flow positive, Boundary Bay Resources intends to acquire working interests in established oil and gas production companies (Public or Private). Monday the Company announced that on March 22, 2008 a definitive agreement had been executed between Boundary Bay and OilTec LP ("OTL").

Per the terms of the Agreement, the Company said it has acquired a 40% working interest of OTL's leasehold interest in the already producing Chevron Fee # 3 well located in Marion County, Oklahoma in exchange for $75,000.00 USD. Boundary Bay said the Well is already producing to a depth of 6400 feet.

Boundary Bay Resources said the rework program being conducted by OTL shall include equipping well sites, electrifying the lease, installation and laying of water and production lines on the lease and deepening wells to alternative zones for the enhancement of the lease production or the disposal or injection of water.

The Company also said it had acquired the right to purchase a 25% working interest in any subsequent wells drilled at the Chevron Fee property that are reworked and/or re-completed or re-entered for a pro rata share of cost.

"This agreement further illustrates our commitment to acquire an interest in established oil and gas properties," stated Lee Borschowa, President of Boundary Bay. "We believe that acquiring such properties will provide us with sufficient resources to continue to implement our business plan."

Shares of Boundary Bay Resources, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BBRE) closed on Monday at $0.265.

Precious metals mining company, GoldSpring, Inc. (OTCBB: GSPG), announced on Monday that the Company had accepted an invitation to address a group of analysts and institutional investors on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 12:30pm in San Francisco, where it said it intends to discuss its progress and its drill results from December 2007.

GSPG closed on Monday at $0.0155.

Cyberlux Corporation, (OTCBB: CYBL), an advanced LED lighting solutions provider, announced Monday that the Company had successfully completed the field demonstration of the new 4-meter tower-based BrightEye high-performance solid-state LED lighting system. Cyberlux said the new system is the Company's latest product developed to fulfill the United States Air Force requirements for portable, light-weight, battery-powered visible and covert night vision compatible lighting systems for air field support, aircraft maintenance and forward air base in-theater lighting capability.

CYBL closed on Monday at $0.021.

Composite Technology Corporation (OTCBB: CPTC) announced on Monday the Company had received new orders, valued at approximately $3.1 million, for 460 kilometers (286 miles) of ACCC™ conductor for use on the Chinese electrical grid. The Company said the order, issued to their subsidiary CTC Cable Corporation by Far East Composite Technology Company, a subsidiary of Jiangsu New Far East Cable Corporation, is made up of multiple core sizes with associated hardware for several installations including sites in Jiang Xi Province and Nanjing City. Through its subsidiaries, Composite Technology Corporation develops, manufactures and sells innovative high performance electrical transmission and renewable energy generation products.

CPTC closed on Monday at $0.775.
