SARASOTA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 19, 2005 -- eLocity's stocks to watch for Tuesday are -- WaveScribe International Corp. (OTC: WSBL), NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), Infinium Labs (OTC BB: IFLB), RS Group of Companies, Inc. (OTC BB: RSGC)

Investors, have a look at WaveScribe International Corp. (OTC: WSBL), makers of the Web-based transcription software, WaveScribe. The company announced Monday after the closing bell that since the initial sales campaign of the WaveScribe Platform to transcription service providers, it has entered into negotiations with several International Transcription Providers regarding the licensing and deployment of WaveScribe for their business model.

WaveScribe said that each transcription provider will be able to offer a wide variety of services to their customers by utilizing the WaveScribe platform, with featured services including batch printing, audit trails, version control and dictation services. The company added that time and distance are not a factor for users of the WaveScribe platform, since dictation can be accessed, work performed, and returned to the customer 24 hours a day.

WaveScribe said that it has identified some major impact areas for these special-need customers, including significant licensing fee savings, HIPAA support and maintenance, technology enhancement, and initial capital outlay reduction.

Shares of WaveScribe International Corp. (OTC: WSBL) are trading at around 25 cents a share.

Wireless services and patented technologies company, NeoMedia Technologies, Inc., announced Monday that it has named Martin N. Copus as its COO and to the newly created position of chief executive of its PaperClick wireless business unit. The company added that Mr. Copus is a global and interactive marketing executive who has worked with many of the world's leading brands.

Shares of NEOM closed Monday's trading session at $0.332 on volume of 5.596 million shares.

Infinium Labs (OTC BB: IFLB)

Infinium Labs, a company in development of the on-demand The Phantom Game Service, denounced Monday published reports that President and Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Bachus, has left the company to head up a new company called IDV to market a media-on-demand platform for the Chinese market.

Shares of IFLB closed Monday's trading session at $0.182 on volume of 2.596 million shares.

RS Group of Companies, Inc. (OTC BB: RSGC)

Pass-through risk specialty insurance reinsurance products and affinity programs provider, RS Group of Companies, Inc., announced Monday that it has met its financial guidance for its gross profit in fiscal 2004. The company stated that it earned over $6.5 million in operating income for the year ending December 31, 2004.

Shares of RSGC closed Monday's trading session at $0.38 on volume of 2.196 million shares.
