SARASOTA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 13, 2005 -- eLocity's stocks to watch for Tuesday are -- MidNet, Inc. (OTC BB: MIDX), Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL), Siebel Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: SEBL), SiteWorks, Inc. (OTC BB: SWKJ)

Investors, have a look at MidNet, Inc. (OTC BB: MIDX), creator, owner and operator of The Middle Network, a commercial complement to the Internet providing high-speed, high-capacity private digital connectivity to companies and individuals. The company announced Monday that Better World Communications, a provider of advanced multimedia communication services, will begin marketing a customized version of the mediaphone for secure VOIP communications over The Middle Network.

Better World said that it anticipates significant growth in video-based communications and will leverage the security features built into The Middle Network to resolve the privacy shortcomings of typical video and Voice-Over-IP solutions. The company added that it believes MidNet provides the solution to experts' warnings that video and voice communications over the Internet are subject to the same security risks as email.

Better World Communications said that mediaphones and their related services will be discounted, and in some cases free, to end-users who agree to receive targeted advertising. The company has secured an initial $1.5 million advertising budget to promote these services, including providing polling data to groups such as non-profit organizations, market research firms and political parties while maintaining end-user privacy. Better World said it will provide mediaphones directly to end-users and end-user groups, as well as through personal computer and software bundles with third-party manufacturers.

Shares of MidNet, Inc. (OTC BB: MIDX) are currently trading at around 57 cents.

Applications software company Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL) announced Monday that it has agreed to buy Siebel Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: SEBL) for $10.66 per share, valued at $5.85 billion.

ORCL closed Monday's regular trading session at $13.49, SEBL finished the session at $10.29.

SiteWorks, Inc. (OTC BB: SWKJ)

SiteWorks, Inc. (OTC BB: SWKJ) stock traded on high volume of over 36 million shares Monday. The company announced on Friday that it has submitted proposals to build low cost housing by a local Thai company near the Thai International Airport, using a pre-cast concrete methodology used extensively in the West, but not yet fully exploited in the Far East.

SWKJ closed Monday's trading session at $0.058.
