Investors may want to watch Gaming Transactions, Inc. (OTC: GGTS), a leading provider and developer of online games and services for the online entertainment and gaming industries. Monday, the company announced that it has contracted Eclipsicom Media, Inc. to manage the interactive marketing of its licensed site, The game of Keno is one of the highest-grossing products for many North American public gaming corporations and continues to grow yearly. Gaming Transactions said that Eclipsicom Media will be responsible for online marketing, media planning, ad buying, search engine optimization, and content management.

The company noted that specializing in online gaming, Eclipsicom has successfully developed and promoted sites in a number of languages including English, Italian, French, Spanish, German, Japanese and Chinese, and has a reputation for specializing in building, managing and marketing websites in the emerging regions of Asia, and Europe. Eclipsicom also has unique strategies for promoting gaming sites in the competitive American marketplace, Gaming Transactions said.

Shares of Poseidis, Inc. traded on volume of 1.35 million shares Monday, after the company announced Friday that it has modified its financial structure by increasing its number of authorized shares to 100 million shares. The company said that the modification prefigures the development of the activity of the Company and allows it to explore possible equity based capital raise.

PSED closed Monday's trading session at $0.205.

CyberAds Inc. (OTC BB: CYAD)

CyberAds Inc. announced Monday that it is finalizing an agreement with Planet One Ventures, Inc. of San Diego, California, to work together to create multimedia promotional programs supporting CyberAds' clients, adding that the first campaign will focus on promotion of XBoard, a personal watercraft that looks like a surfboard but is powered by a rotary engine.

CYAD closed Monday's trading session at $0.105.

TASER International (NASDAQ: TASR)

TASER International announced Monday that it has received an order from the U.S. military for its TASER X26 devices and related accessories, worth over $1.4 million. TASER said the order would be shipped in the second quarter of 2005.

TASR closed Monday's regular trading session at $11.22.
