Tullett Prebon Named 2010 Broker of the Year by Risk

NEW YORK, NEW YORK and LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM and SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE--(Marketwire - Sept. 28, 2010) - Tullett Prebon (LSE:TLPR), one of the world's leading inter-dealer brokers (IDB), has been voted overall interdealer broker of the year by Risk Magazine in its 2010 annual global interdealer survey, published this month.

Dealers voted Tullett Prebon first place in more products than any other broker, claiming the top ranking in 31 individual product categories.

For the second year running, Tullett Prebon was voted the top broker in currencies, leading the rankings in 10 individual currency product categories. Specific recognition was given to its market leading capability in cross-currency swaps and currency forwards.

Risk Magazine also highlighted that "Tullett Prebon performed strongly in interest rates in this year's Risk survey, taking 17 first places".

The Risk Interdealer rankings 2010 surveyed the global wholesale banking market, receiving 1,807 valid responses from dealers and brokers. The survey covered 117 derivatives categories across interest rates, foreign exchange, credit and equity derivatives.
