Kauffman has joined the company's board of directors, as chairman.

Kauffman, 54, is a recognized leader in the fields of digital entertainment, Internet media and consumer marketing. Most recently, he was President & CEO, and a member of the board, of Geeknet, the online network for technology professionals and enthusiasts. Prior to Geeknet he served as President & COO of BlueLithium, a leading data-driven performance marketing company that was acquired by Yahoo! Previous experience includes serving as President & CEO of several Internet companies including Zinio, MusicNow, Coremetrics, eCoverage and AdKnowledge. He also held executive positions at CompuServe and Time Warner. In 1996 Advertising Age named him one of twenty Digital Media Masters.
