TurboSonic Awarded Contract Valued at US$750,000 for European Utility

WATERLOO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 8, 2010) - TurboSonic Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TSTA), a global provider of clean air technologies, today announced it has been awarded a contract by Wahlco, Inc. for balance of plant supply for a nitrogen oxide control ("DeNOx") project at a European coal-fired power plant.

Edward Spink, TurboSonic CEO, commented, "Wahlco, a leading California-based environmental equipment and services company and supplier of the patented U2A® ammonia-generating DeNOx technology, selected TurboSonic to provide European sourced auxiliary equipment for the project because of the capabilities of our European office. This order is for the same European utility that is operating a SonicKleen™ WESP as part of a CO2 sequestration demonstration project, as announced in February 2009. We can now report that this WESP installation has met and exceeded expectations of the utility. We believe that establishing relationships with other technology providers will further support our plans for market penetration."
