TurboSonic Technologies, Inc. (TSTA) Moves to Electronic Quotation Platform

WATERLOO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 14, 2011) - TurboSonic Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB:TSTA), a global provider of clean air technologies, today announced that public trading of its common stock has moved from the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB:TSTA) to the OTC Markets QB tier (OTCQB:TSTA). TSTA will now be quoted exclusively on the OTC Markets Group OTC Link electronic quotation platform.

OTCBB is a FINRA created telephonic trading platform that has recently seen a mass exodus of its brokers/market makers. This has left many publicly traded companies without the broker/market maker support needed for trading on the OTCBB. TurboSonic has been fully SEC compliant for more than 13 years, which makes it a good fit for the OTCQB Tier.

Edward Spink, TurboSonic CEO, noted, "TurboSonic expects that the more transparent and up-to-date electronic trading system of the OTCQB will provide enhanced service and responsiveness to our shareholder base."
