About Skyflyer Technology GmbH:

Skyflyer Technology is in the process of developing a one to two-seater recreational VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) flying machine that is expected to serve as a "flying go-kart." Skyflyer Technology expects that its "flying go-kart" will be usable either outdoors, within an electronically zoned-off flight area, or indoors. The vehicle is being designed to be used by members of the general public without the need for extensive training. Skyflyer Technology's plan to have the "flying go-kart" usable indoors will require the design and construction of highly sophisticated steering and control systems and is also the reason why Skyflyer Technology plans to have the vehicle fitted with a high-precision internal positioning system.

Skyflyer Technology GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Skyflyer Inc., a Nevada corporation. Skyflyer Inc.'s shares are traded in the United States on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB:SKFL) and in Germany on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (WKN:A0LCMC, ISIN:US83082R1077).
