TV Goods, Inc. and 50 Cent's SMS Audio, LLC Reach Preliminary Agreement for TV Goods to Provide Direct Response Marketing to SMS Audio, LLC

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - March 30, 2011) - TV Goods Inc. ("TV Goods"), a direct response marketing organization and wholly owned subsidiary of H & H Imports, Inc. (OTCBB: HNHI), announced that it has entered into a term sheet with SMS Audio, LLC ("SMS"), an affiliate of rapper and business-mogul 50 Cent's G-Unit Brands, Inc. The term sheet sets forth the material terms of an exclusive engagement for TV Goods to produce and distribute a direct response television infomercial to globally market a wireless over-the-ear headphone product that will bear the name "Sleek by 50" that SMS has reached preliminary agreement with Sleek Audio, LLC ("Sleek") to acquire. The transaction described in the term sheet between TVG and SMS will become effective upon SMS consummating the acquisition of the product from Sleek and the execution of a definitive agreement by TV Goods and SMS.
