TV Goods Obtains Exclusive Rights to Santa's Genie Hangars™ Easy to Hang Patented Lighting System

TV Goods to Create Direct Response Marketing Campaign in Time for Retail Holiday Season

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - September 15, 2010) - H & H Imports, Inc. (OTCBB: HNHI) parent company of TV Goods, Inc., has acquired exclusive worldwide marketing rights to the Santa's Genie Hangars™ line of products. Santa's Genie Hangars™ produces a line of fast & easy to hang, pre-wired light kits designed for holiday decorations. TV Goods entered into an agreement with BRiTOR, LLC, granting global marketing rights in all distribution channels for the complete line of products. Under the terms of the agreement TV Goods will manage a comprehensive direct response marketing campaign for Santa's Genie Hangars™.

There is nothing like this unique, patented product on the market. BRiTOR, the product manufacturer states that the product, which is designed to easily be anchored to shingles or gutters, is the easiest and fastest way to hang and store Christmas and Holiday lights. Santa's Genie Hangars™ need no nails, staples, hooks or adhesives and will not damage the exterior of the house. The hanger and light storage system is easy to install and remove, usually in less than an hour, and is designed for years of hassle free use.

TV Goods will produce an infomercial spot geared toward the consumer market aimed to drive retails sales to big box and other national and local retailers for the holiday season. TV Goods will introduce Santa's Genie Hangars™ product line at the 2010 Electronic Retailing Association D2C Convention representatives in Las Vegas September 21st to 23rd at the Wynn Hotel, and has scheduled meetings with various national retailers and their representatives.
