TVN Entertainment Partners With CNET for VOD

Agreement Brings CNET's Original Video Programming to On Demand

BURBANK, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2006 --TVN Entertainment today announced a partnership with CNET (www.cnet.com) naming TVN as the preferred provider for CNET's Video On Demand services. The agreement makes CNET's original video programming immediately available to cable, telco, and DBS operators.

The agreement includes access to TVN's ADONISS 2.0 asset management system, which allows CNET unparalleled management control over its VOD assets across TVN's wide array of affiliates' platforms. The content will be made available on a free to consumer basis, and includes programming that helps consumers take advantage of today's digital world, such as reviews of the latest consumer electronic products and help and how-to videos on the latest technologies and trends.

"Just as major television channels are extending their brands through video on the web, CNET is the first major internet content provider we've seen extend its powerful brand into the VOD space as part of its strategy to distribute its video content across various platforms," said Matt Cohen, TVN's VP of Business Development. "TVN is thrilled to support CNET's efforts and to introduce this compelling brand and well-produced content to over 20 million VOD households across North America."

"TVN has established itself as a leader in VOD distribution, and we're excited to be working with them to extend CNET's original online content on demand across many of these new platforms," said Mark Larkin, executive producer at CNET.
