TWC Construction Announces Completion of Las Vegas City Center #19

Largest Speculative Project Built in Nearly a Decade

HENDERSON, NV--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2015) - TWC Construction, Inc. announces completion of Prologis Las Vegas City Center #19's shell building and surrounding site improvements. The 464,200 square foot building, which sits on 27 acres of land in North Las Vegas, broke ground in September 2014, is the largest speculative project of its type built in nearly a decade.

TWC Construction has built several million square feet of ground up and tenant improvement projects for Prologis over a span of 18 years. This particular project was the first of its size and scope since the economic downturn began and was representative of a new era in development for the Southern Nevada region.

The building will be a LEED certified project and is designed to include some of the most innovative and modern design concepts for a structure of this type, including a 36-foot interior roof clear height, which allows for a maximum racking and storage capabilities. The surrounding building parking lot consists of all six-inch concrete paving in lieu of asphalt paving which is a very unique and upgraded feature.

"We are thrilled to have met the very aggressive schedule set forth by our client and delivered this completed building to them on time," said Matt Ryba, CEO, TWC Construction. "It is a testament to the skill and professionalism of the TWC team and I am very proud of our achievement."
