Twenty-Seven Capital Corp. Files Filing Statement on
Qualifying Transaction

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 17, 2005) -
Twenty-Seven Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TSC.P) (the "Company") reports
that it has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange
("TSXV") for the acquisition of the uranium mineral property assets of
Strategic Metals Ltd. ("Strategic"), a public mineral exploration
company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia. A filing
statement, dated March 16, 2005, with respect to the acquisition in the
form required by the TSXV, has been filed by the Company on SEDAR.
Closing of the acquisition of the assets is contemplated to occur on or
about March 17, 2005.

This acquisition of the mineral property assets qualifies under TSXV
Policies as the Company's Qualifying Transaction under TSXV Policy 2.4.
The Qualifying Transaction, when completed, will result in a change of
control of the Company. Please see the Company's December 17, 2004 and
February 7, 2005 press releases for additional details regarding the
Company and the Qualifying Transaction. Upon completion of the
transaction, the Company will be engaged in the business of exploring
for, with the ultimate goal of developing and producing, uranium,
precious and base metals from its seven current mineral exploration
properties located in the Yukon, Canada and such other properties and
interests as may be acquired by the Company in the future.

In addition, upon completion of the Qualifying Transaction, Richard
Graham and Stewart Robertson will resign from the board of directors of
the Company and A. Murray Sinclair will resign as President and CEO of
the Company, with Robert Carne being appointed as President and
director. James Stephen and Alan Archer will also be appointed directors
of the Company.

In accordance with TSXV Exchange policy, the Company's shares will
resume trading, on completion of the Qualifying Transaction as a Tier 2
