STATESBORO, GA--(Marketwire - October 18, 2010) -  Twenty-two townhomes in Statesboro's gated Graystone development will sell at auction on Thursday, Nov. 11, with Rusty Lane of John Dixon & Associates managing the sale. Ten of the units will sell absolute, with no minimum bid or reserve.

"The developers feel that it is time to liquidate their interest in the development.
