Two $1 Million Powerball(R) Second Prize Winning Tickets and One $1.2 Million The Pick(TM) Winning Ticket Sold in AZ


PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Feb 12, 2015) - The Arizona Lottery announces two $1 million winning tickets were sold in Arizona for last night's Powerball drawing. 

The $1 million Arizona winning tickets were sold at a Giant located at 251 Frontage Rd. in Pearce and Food N Things located at 4995 N. Granite Reef Rd. in Scottsdale. The $1 million winning tickets matched 5 out of 5 numbers drawn, not including the Powerball. Additionally, there were five $10,000 winners in last night's Powerball drawing.

The Powerball jackpot reached $564 million with winning tickets sold in North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Texas. The jackpot will be split three ways between the winners. The winning numbers were 11-13-25-39-54, PB 19.

The Arizona Lottery also announces a $1.2 million The Pick™ jackpot winning ticket was sold at Blue Ridge Market located at 210 S. Hwy. 69 in Dewey for the Wednesday, February 11, 2015 drawing. If the winner chooses the annuity option, the prize will be $1.2 million. If the cash option is chosen, the prize will be $821,917.90.

"We are thrilled to have so many cash prize winners right here in Arizona," said Karen Bach, director of budget, products, and communications for the Arizona Lottery.

The next Powerball drawing will be held Saturday, Feb. 14, with a starting jackpot of $40 million. The next The Pick drawing will also be held Feb. 14, with a starting jackpot of $1 million. Tickets can be purchased at any Arizona Lottery retailer.

America's favorite lottery is played in 44 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Jurisdictions include 47 for Powerball and 46 for Mega Millions.

The Arizona Lottery advises players to sign their tickets and check them as soon as possible to avoid missing out on any prizes they may have won.
