Two Canadian Businessmen Create an Unprecedented Collective Commercial Concept

QUEBEC, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2009) - Today, two Canadian businessmen officially launch the website, where they will sell, pixel by pixel, a 30 seconds high definition video, with the ultimate goal to air it on the SuperBowl as a TV commercial.

The pixels that compose each of the 900 images (30 per second) of the video will be sold for 1 cent US each, and the minimum purchase will be an area of 10 pixels by 10 pixels by 5 seconds, worth 150$. The sponsor who will buy his area will then upload his video sequence and will have the possibility to add a hyperlink leading to his website. The video will finally be compiled from the video sequences of every sponsor for a result that promises to be surprising!

The soundtrack, which will be announced shortly, should be an extract from a popular song of a world renowned Canadian band.

This will be the first time in history that a TV commercial will be sold to that many sponsors at a time, which could pave the way to a new world record, since there could be as many as 30 000 different sponsors who display their commercial during this 30 seconds video!
