Two Degrees Named as One of Washington's Best Workplaces for 2008

Leading National Accounting and Finance Professional Services Firm Recognized for Commitment to Company Culture and Work-Life Balance

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - May 14, 2008) - Two Degrees, a national accounting and finance professional services firm headquartered in Seattle, has been named one of Washington's Best 100 Companies to Work For by Washington CEO Magazine. Two Degrees was selected from among more than 400 companies nominated for consideration, with a heavy emphasis on employee satisfaction and retention. The overall rankings will appear in the magazine's July issue in four categories -- large, medium, small and non-profit/government.

Two Degrees, which is best known for its Principal Associates (PA) practice, has experienced rapid growth in the last few years and continues to differentiate by offering a workplace unlike any other -- in which business is about people. Its Principal Associates are challenged with dynamic project assignments on a daily basis, while also given the opportunity to pursue interests outside of work.

"Our people are at the heart of our reputation and our growth is directly attributed to our corporate culture, where work and life balance are a high priority," said Brad Jackson, CEO of Two Degrees. "Our co-workers' hard work has built Two Degrees into one of the best workplaces in the state. Washington CEO has acknowledged this and Two Degrees' commitment to retaining the most experienced and highly regarded professionals."

"The companies included in the list have demonstrated that they value their employees and their contributions to overall success," said Bob Ritter, publisher and chief executive officer of Washington CEO Magazine. "Our evaluation is extensive. It includes surveys of both employees and management with the top winners selected by a distinguished group of human resource professionals."

Ritter said the top 100 companies will be honored on June 19, 2008, with dinner, music and a celebration of success. The event will be held at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center. The top three companies in each category will receive special recognition.
