Two EDUCATA Professors Awarded Top Honor

Drs. Ellen Hillegass and Rob Landel Have Been Designated Catherine Worthingham Fellows

CALABASAS, CA--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2012) - EDUCATA is proud to announce that two of its online physical therapy continuing education faculty members have received the American Physical Therapy Association's (APTA's) highest distinction, becoming Catherine Worthingham fellows.

Ellen Hillegass, PT, Ph.D., EdD, CCS, FAACVPR, FAPTA also received the Linda Crane Lecture award in 2008 and is a past president of Cardiopulmonary Specialists. She has published multiple research articles and several books. She teaches the 8.5 CE-hour online course "Assessment of Exercise Tolerance for Development of Safe Exercise Prescription" at EDUCATA.

Rob Landel, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, FAPTA excels as an orthopedic clinician, educator and scientist. He was the recipient of the James A. Gould Excellence in Teaching awarded by the APTA in 2009. He is an educational leader in manual therapy, cervicogenic and vestibular disorders. At EDUCATA, Rob teaches the very popular "The Dizzy and Imbalanced Patient" course.
