Two New Asian Movie Stars, Tang, Yan and Qi, Ji, Act as Representatives of China YouTV

BEIJING, CHINA--(CCNMatthews - May 7, 2007) - China YouTV Corp. (OTCBB:CYTV), a publicly traded company that recently entered into the growing online video viewing market in China, reported its Chinese entity has retained two new Asian movie stars, Tang, Yan and Qi, Ji, as image representatives of the Company.

Tang, Yan, an actress of new generation who has had outstanding performances in many movies and teleplays, is well known to and favored by audiences. She played in the famous "Beijing Olympic" commercials directed by the most famous Director: Zhang, YiMou. She acted as the leading role in Beautiful Country Girl, In Blossom At That Time and Feng Man Lou, which were hot in China, and a major teleplay of CCTV celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Long March in which she again acted as the leading role. Qi, Ji is also a new star with great potential, whose major works include Dream of Basketball Lover, Roaming about the World, Golden Days and among others. He has just finished the shooting of Pear Flower in Rainstorm, a movie directed by a famous Hong Kong director Wang Jing.

Mr. Wei says it chose Tang, Yan and Qi, Ji as the image representatives for the website out of their performance strength and influence among their fans. It is believed that more and more talented and creative friends will join them to show us their original works.

According to the Agreement, the Company owns 51% of the joint venture company and will provide the required working capital for the Joint Venture. To increase membership and CnBoo's brand name awareness, HuaJu has worked both on-line and off-line. HuaJu has signed several agreements to enhance its on-line contents, such as an agreement for CCTV's TV program "Exploring High and Low", and an agreement with ManGoCity, a travel company and the recent agreement with Music Nation. Off-line, HuaJu has signed agreements to promote its 3G space cards through Gome Electrical Appliances Holding Ltd., the largest chain store operator of electrical appliances in China, to distribute its 3G digital space cards to Gome customers.
