Two-Time Olympic Medalist Brandi Chastain Becomes Spokesperson for Enlyten™ SportStrips™

BUFFALO, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB: HSPO) ("HSPO") announces today that it reached an agreement with U.S. women's professional soccer player, Brandi Chastain, to become a spokesperson for Enlyten SportStrips. HealthSport, Inc., a publicly traded company on the bulletin board market under the ticker symbol HSPO, is focused on the development, manufacturing and marketing of nutritional supplements in a one-of-a-kind edible film strip delivery system.

"I see Enlyten SportStrips to be a real benefit to athletes at any level, especially in soccer, where a high level of endurance and stamina is required," Chastain said. "Enlyten SportStrips allow the player to maintain an adequate level of electrolytes and the ability to hydrate with only water when you need it. That means less fluid and no sugar. It definitely makes a difference; there isn't anything better for a player on the move, and I am proud to be a member of the Enlyten team."

Chastain is one of the most recognizable figures in women's soccer. She is best known for her jersey waving celebration after her game-winning penalty kick that put the U.S. past China in the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup. During her 15-year career with more than 180 games played, Chastain was a member of the Women's National Soccer Team, a three-time member of the U.S. Olympic Women's Soccer Team and also played for various professional clubs. A two-time Olympic Medalist, Chastain was instrumental in forming the Women's United Soccer Association and continues to be a driving force in making women's professional soccer a success.

Enlyten SportStrips replace the electrolytes lost while exercising through a patented delivery system. This mode of absorption is very different from all electrolyte delivery predecessors. Gastric absorption is bypassed and the electrolytes needed are directly absorbed into the body. This helps avoid the over-hydration that often accompanies the excessive consumption of sports drinks.
