HARTFORD, CT--(Marketwired - Sep 4, 2013) - TyMetrix, the global leader in intelligent enterprise legal management solutions for managing the business of law, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajesh Naik as Vice President of Technology to drive the company's aggressive growth agenda and global expansion. Rajesh will define the company's next generation technology strategy; craft innovative initiatives across the fields of technology, data and analytics; and support the architecture of the newly released TyMetrix 360˚platform for growth and scale. Rajesh's global technology experience coupled with TyMetrix's global leadership position will help propel the company's growth strategy as it remains a leading technology innovator in the global legal space.

Rajesh will collaborate with the product teams to continue to evolve and pioneer the TyMetrix enterprise legal management products and solutions portfolio. In addition, Rajesh is responsible for the product development, quality assurance, project management, security and operations of all technology platforms and infrastructure under TyMetrix's enterprise legal management solutions.

Rajesh joins TyMetrix with over 15 years of experience in product development, information architecture, technology strategy, and business operations. He joins TyMetrix from Thomson Reuters where he spent over a decade in roles such as the global head of content and technology strategy, where he drove the development of new product platforms and managed content and technology operations worldwide. He also served as the Global Head of Investment Banking Solutions leading the design and development of market-leading products and services for the investment banking and capital markets industry.

Rajesh replaced David Gardner, who was promoted to VP of Technology for CT Corporation, another business within the Wolters Kluwer Corporate Legal Services (CLS) division. David also leads the divisional Technology Council, which pulls together the technology leaders across the CLS businesses to drive best practices across the division.
