Tyner Sets Production Casing; Broseh #1 Well Drilled to 9,623 Feet

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 31, 2005) - Tyner Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:TIP) announces that the Broseh #1 well ("Broseh"), located in Floyd County, Texas, and operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, Tyner Texas Operating Company ("Tyner Texas"), has achieved a total vertical depth of 9,623 feet. This well, which was drilled to total depth in 22 days, is approximately ten miles northwest of the Stephens #1 well ("Stephens"), Tyner's first well in the Palo Duro basin. Tyner has a 93.75% working interest in both the Stephens and Broseh wells.

The Broseh well penetrated 600 feet of lower bend shale as expected from the well data from the adjacent E.B. Clark, Mary Hall well which was drilled in 1964. Based on a review of the Broseh well logs, Tyner Texas has set 5.5 inch production casing through to total depth. Schlumberger Limited ("Slumberger"), a leading oil field services company, is providing assistance to Tyner Texas in the interpretation of the Broseh well logs.

Slumberger and Tyner Texas management have conducted a thorough analysis of the Stephens #1 well logs. We are very pleased to report that Slumberger has independently assessed that the potential original gas in place, based on the suite of well logs completed by Slumberger, indicates 116 BCF per section. Tyner also reports that it has procured a completion rig and has initiated a staged perforation program on the Stephens well. Tyner has further commissioned Dowell Slumberger to frac stimulate the Stephens well on November 4th, 2005

Tyner plans to move the completion rig from the Stephens well to the Broseh well as soon as possible and conduct a similar staged perforation program on the Broseh well. Tyner has booked Dowell Slumberger to frac stimulate the Broseh well during the first week in December.

Tyner further announces that we have initiated a program to acquire pipeline right of way to the basin centered major pipeline which currently has in excess of 200 million cubic feet per day capacity.
