uTANGO Signs Multi-Year Co-Branded Visa® Credit Card Agreement With Alliance Data

uTANGO Visa Card Will Enhance Members' Ability to Shop and Earn Towards $1 Million Reward

SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - November 27, 2007) - uTANGO, the first ever Life-Stage Rewards program designed to help consumers prepare for their financial future by leveraging existing daily spending to earn to over $1 Million in lifetime cash rewards, and Alliance Data Systems Corporation (NYSE: ADS), a leading provider of loyalty and marketing solutions derived from transaction-rich data, today announced the execution of a multi-year agreement. Under terms of the agreement, Alliance Data will provide co-brand credit card services to uTANGO that will complement the uTANGO Life-Stage Rewards program and enhance members' ability to earn points and receive rewards.

uTANGO is the most powerful consumer rewards program ever created. uTANGO pays members up to $800 per year and once married uTANGO pays additional Life-Stage Rewards up to $10,000 at 10 years, $100,000 at 20 years and $1 Million at 30 years of program participation all for remaining married and long-term, loyal customers of uTANGO's 300 plus merchants. Membership in uTANGO is free and is open to singles, engaged couples and newlyweds married less than 3 years. Members who use the uTANGO Visa card will earn two points per dollar spent with program merchants and will "double dip" on points for purchases made online at All member purchases made with the uTANGO Visa at non-program merchants will earn one point per dollar spent.

Alliance Data will provide co-branded credit card services including account acquisition and activation; receivables funding; card authorization; credit card issuance; statement generation; remittance processing; customer service functions; and marketing services for uTANGO. Alliance Data's platform will also seamlessly integrate with uTANGO's Life-Stage Rewards platform which tracks in real time all member transaction and point awards made with the uTANGO Visa credit card.
