Ubiquitech Software Corp. Announces Name Change to CannaMark Brands, Inc.

DENVER, CO--(Marketwired - Sep 18, 2015) - Ubiquitech Software Corp. (OTC PINK: UBQU), an International Technology and Services company that also owns the division HempLife Today™, is announcing the Company's name change to CannaMark Brands™, Inc., a name that better reflects the Company's current business plan and future opportunities that are in development.

The new company name will be incorporated in the state of Colorado as the original name was, and all other corporate structure will remain the same. All appropriate filings are in process and the company expects further significant announcements in the near future.
