ubroadcast Entertainment Group™ Names Jennifer Arcuri Vice President of New Film Division

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) -  ubroadcast, inc., (OTCBB: UBCI) a leader in Internet Broadcasting, today announced that ubroadcast Entertainment Group has named industry veteran Jennifer Arcuri as Vice President of its newly established Film Division. Ms. Arcuri will be joining Mr. Ford Austin, who was named President last month, of ubroadcast Entertainment Group's new Film Division. Ms. Arcuri has already started her work on behalf of ubroadcast Entertainment Group.

Ms. Arcuri started her career at the Walt Disney Company as an on-air personality for the Radio Disney Network, and on the Bravo show "Actors Studio" serving as James Lipton's Production Assistant. She is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish and holds a double major with a BA in Business and BFA in Musical Theater from Pace University. Most recently she served as Director of film acquisition for numerous independent motion picture companies including Imagineworks, Independent Film and Television Alliance and Twelfth Night Productions. She was instrumental in the distribution efforts behind Snakes on a Plane, Easy Virtue, and The Valet. In 2008 she produced the short film "La Valise" which was part of the "Sélection officielle" at the Cannes Film Festival. She is alumni of the American University in Paris where she holds an International Degree in Business.
